I live in Lakewood (moved here during the summer), and had no idea this was here. I've never even looked into the possibility of racing on-road before. Who could I talk to about checking out the track and all? Looks like Tuesday and Thursday nights are the only times it's open if I am correct.

Thanks!

Stop by on Sunday's. There are usually people there. There is usually a club race on Sunday's as well.

Awesome. I will try to make it out. If I decide to get into this class of racing, is there a place locally to buy a kit from? I don't think I've seen on-road at Hobbytown.

Thanks!

I have not seen a kit at a Hobby Shop for a While. I'm sure others will chime in here but I believe the Xray T4's are the most popular for Touring Car.

F1 is also getting bigger. Not sure what they are running, and I think CRC is the most popular for pan cars. 1/12 and 1/10th scale.

Synic,

Welcome to Denver. Our website is a bit out of data for current race days. We race on Sunday 12-4ish and Thursday 7-9ish. Tuesday and Saturday are practice days but depends on a key holder member being there to have the track open. This Sunday may be lite on attendance and most members will be in Fort Collins for a local track weekend race.

But stop in next Thursday after 5pm and Sunday after 10am and they'll be people to talk to about classes, membership, popular cars, etc.

Thanks for all the info. I won't be able to come by this Thursday, but I'll definitely be there on Sunday the 8th. Is there someone I should ask for when I get there, or will my clueless look be enough?

Clueless look is always good. Jim Mcgee or Mario Ficco are VP and Pres of the club but anyone should be able answer your questions.

Several people paint but only a few will do it for other people. Ask Joey Krysinski (rctech ByteStream) and Sid Vega (works at MHOR).
