Sounds like the new stock class will be 17.5 and 10.5 for 19 turn according to Dawn Sanchez that is the way ROAR is leaning

Hah, silly typo on my part. Many comments probably will be censored if sensored is the only "legal" way to go.

I hear that Tekin likes to go backwards before going forward. It sounds like they're working feverishly on a sensored system now.
Yea, that annoyed me when I heard they were working on a sensored version.

The 17.5 and 10.5 classes makes sense to me at first glance.

Speaking of which, since you guys don't run spec rubber tire, what's the popular choice? I need to figure out what to get for the rug (and outdoor) so I'm at least close. I was thinking RP30 maybe? I run CS27's right now 'cause we run spec, but I hear the RP30's are really nice on carpet, and a bit more grippy with pretty good life. I've got the 416 ready for rubber, and the R for foams if I feel like having a bad time. :-)

I guess the only benefit to sensored is they may be able to work out some sort of brushless-handout...not quite sure if/how it would work...but they may be thinking long term with that one.

the colorado on road rc club is proud to announce that it finally has stickers for first second and third place finishers. if you have had a podium finish in any of our first 4 races, you are entitled to your sticker. they will be available at the race on the 13th.

also......... the club now has an offical decal sheet. the decal sheet will be available for sale for $3 at all of our races while supplies last.

i have been running lipo for 2 years now, and have done everything from dead shorting, discharging, and charging on nimh settings.....and never once have they flamed. i can also say that i have never personally seen one go up. but i do know that i have seen plenty of nimh cells explode, sending shrapnal and acid flying across the room.

take your pick.

ni-mh cells are for old guys and 1/12 scale.

for those of you planning on racing in the carpet classic. you must have your pre registration in by the 14th to ensure that you will receive a t shirt.

please do not forget it at the race on the 13th.
