Been using gunk engine degreeser for a wile... It seems to leave a resido on non porus surfaces. Has slight smell but cleans really good and xterm Ely convenient. At $5 a can and it lasts forever...

we go with environmental safe household best tire cleaner is "Simple Green" but don't use on chassis.

use this and only this for cleaning and traction compound.
goo gone nothing better.
