this is not acceptable packing.
i won't be ordering smaller type order from them. I have ordered from them a number of times but usually arrives in a taped box. WTF.
Just plain A$$ ghetto...
Still nothing from rcmarket. No surprises there.
Im still out $100 yet I see stupid comments from people on here saying 'they are doing everything they can to fix this problem'.
They created the problem
All they have done is blame HK post. If HK post don't accept responsibility I get nothing.
Do you start celebrating your win as soon as you buy your lottery ticket.

Post office, they will not accept our posting.
This is postal mishandling!
not us !
Anyway, We for you compensation is made to the General Post Office
we had provided your information and picture, we’ve sent to HK Post office,
they will contact Australia Post office to enquiries.
Inter-office envelopes are not meant for international mail. If someone here tried to mail something using that method, it would be rejected by the post office. Apparently the HK post office just don't care that you use improper packaging and they accept it anyway. A PACKAGE ONLY SECURED BY A STRING IS NOT PROPERLY PACKAGED. If that is how you send out items for airmail delivery and you think it's acceptable, I will never place an order with RCMarket, because that is ridiculous.
That fact is I wouldn't be in this situation if rcmarket packaged the items properly in the first place.
They didn't, they are blaming HK post for for accepting the package.
I will not get any of my money back from Australia Post. They have said the packaging was not suitable. So my only chance of getting anything back is if HK post accept the damage was their fault.
Will it be the full amount including postage.
I have been buying online for many years. I do not pay the expensive postage every time just to ensure the goods are packaged properly
. You should not either.
If I had, It would have cost me $500-$1000 more for postage over the last many years Ive been ordering online.
I do not intend to start paying for expensive postage options or insurance. I have never had to in the past without a problem, until now dealing with rcmarket.
I think everyone dealing with rcmarket from now may have too. But as that will double the cost of postage, you must consider whether rcmarkets 0.50c per item cheaper that the others is worth the extra $20 you have to pay in postage just to ensure your package arrives intact.
rcmarket postage cost was $20.32usd (based on a package weight of 0.84kg). The all up weight of my nitro car is 1.7kg ish. So 0.84kg for 11-12 parts is over the top. Actual postage cost was $3.76usd. They are making plenty of money on everyones postage.
They should be able to use a good quality plastic envelope or small box as the other online shops do.
If they were as good a company as people state, they would have resent the items (properly packaged). They can still carry on with their claim with HK post. But if they lose, its their loss, not mine!
