I've been in the hobby approaching 30 years now, and have placed on-line orders for years with great results (Stormer Hobbies, Tower, A-Main Hobbies etc)
But R/C Market in HK has been a continual problem for me. Here is the situation.....If a customer orders an out-of stock item (i.e. backorder), pays for it, and then is told by the shop the particular item will not be in stock and offers to use the money towards store credit or offers a refund. Shouldn't the shop follow the request of the customer to refund his/her money?
I've had to open a Paypal dispute because R/C market is unwilling to provide a refund.
Just wondering if anyone else has had a problem with R/C Market? Every other on-line shop I deal with would have no problem issuing a refund.
You had order we sold out items ,
our staff had e-mail to you , choice store credit or refund to you !
& if you cancel order , we 'll refund money to you !
Why you had said that !??
Ordered from RC Market plenty of times and they have always been a pleasure to deal with. There was a shipping error with my last order and they shipped the missing part to me at their expense. I think they are the best HK shop I have ever dealt with. I'm sure they will work with you to make you happy.

I'm glad to hear others have had good experiences with R/C Market.
The follow up post from R/C Market is far from the truth. It's very very hard to get a refund, they always push hard to give store credit. Give lots of excuses and delays. I would recommend always using Paypal with this shop so you have buyers protection to get your money back.
I'm only doing this to give people feedback and a bit of a "heads ups" when ordering from the Hong Kong area.
Have used RC Market easily more than a dozen times within the span of 12 months. Orders are always shipped promptly.
Yes, they may not always keep accurate stock data thus resulting in items being not available even though it was reflected as "in stock" at time of checkout, but they have always offered both options to me, and either way, I have experienced no hiccup on their end when it came to either option (store credit or refund).
Definitely no complaints from me re their service.
hello, i don't understand how you paid for something that was out of stock did it not indicate in your cart that the part you had was unavailable before you even proceed to to check out?
Well at this point I will leave it alone. I will just continue with other on-line shops
I know what your are saying buddy...i alway email to them to make sure they have in stock before I order or pay pal first...So far ,I;m happy with them..
