i went to see paranormal activity tonight not knowing what the movie was, not even the slightest hint. never seen a preview or anything. so i heard it was good and scary and i have not been scared from a movie in a pretty good while so i went with a few friends. the movie is good, and it is scary. its not really like SCARY SCARY, but its more like... realistic scary i guess. i dont know but if you havnt seen the movie yet i say GO! lol it was a good movie and i give it two thumbs up. If you get motion sickness easily take some dramamine i wish i did. lol
I would agree...it was a cool movie...but I was about to yak for half the movie. You get some breathers when they set the camera on something solid but man....

yeah. going with the big group of friends might have made it better then it was just because you get to see and hear there reactions. i went with like 7 people and 3 were girls so they were screaming like vaginas.
I kinda seen it to day. I was at racing and my friend was like hey check this part out and the chick was getter pulled down the hall. I thought that was pretty scary. Then I seen the part when she wakes up and stand over mika when he is sleeping for 3 hours. Then she funnily goes down stars screems he goes down stairs she walks back up from killing mika she sits by her bed for a day then cops come find her she trys to attack the cop then the cop kills her.
That part is the end and it's a diffrent ending from the movies. It gave me a good scare.

I was wondering what ending you saw. I saw it when it first came out and I saw the one where she kills him, throws the body, then destroys the camera. Apparently now they are showing an ending with cops involved, and after hearing that I did some reading. Apparently there are 3 endings to the movie.
My favorite, which was dubbed a bit much for the US release:
Starts just as before, stands over bed, wanders downstairs, screams, he runs down and gets killed. Silence. Footsteps coming up the stairs. She walks into the doorway, stands still for awhile rocking back and forth looking toward the camera covered in blood with a butcher knife at her side. She walks crookedly toward the camera and stands infront of it. Knife goes up and she slits her throat. Body falls to the ground.
This is one of few scary movies that I have enjoyed. I like scary movies but ever since 6.6.06 when i saw the omen, nothing has been very creative.

i watched it online. and i saw the ending where she screams downstairs. he runs down there gets shanked. she goes upstairs. friend comes a day later finds dead body downstairs. cops come . walk up stairs. see the girl with the knife. she snaps out of it and runs towards the cops not thinking about the knife in her hands and she gets popped.
Oh damn. Didnt realize that she snaps out of it and then gets shot. Someone told me she tried to attack the cops while still possessed. Either way thats pretty interesting that they randomly changed the ending and dont tell anyone.
