I can't beleive i'm saying this... But there's no denying that honda engines are efficient and reliable. Vtec, however, is all the lag and no turbo... Its like waiting for bad sex. Honda engines are light as well, and cheap. They like boost, and can handle quite a bit of it with low comp. pistons. There is a large aftermarket, so finding reliable turbo's and such isn't hard.

I say go for it... Just don't buy anything FWD... Or anything with a 3inch exhaust coming from an NA 1.8l.
