Was awesome to have yall out there. Sorry again for taking you out on the first turn of the main, probably cost you the #1 on the podium. Hope to see you out there. You think Tim is gonna make it out there?

Pics (taken by Jeff Horton of RC Racing Nation) are slowly being posted up in the LGR group. Join to see: https://www.facebook.com/groups/433627016755936/

Also vids of the main sounds like they will get posted before the week is out

Nah, it just cost me a chassis. LoL It happens, I'm not one to get upset over toys cars. Had fun, but maybe next time I'll run 2 classes! 12th scale and TC or WGT.... Hmmmmm

Anyways, hope y'all get the new carpet soon. Should be fun down there on your tight road courses. It's always challenging getting a good setup down there. One of the reasons I like going there besides the great crew. Catch you soon!

we use amb/mylaps transponder system. he has rental transponders at the track as well.

FYI guys...the photographers who were at the track taking pics are continuously posting pics on facebook in the "LGR Racers" group. So if you want to see pics of your vehicles find the group and request to be joined or if you can't find the group PM me here and i'll send you a request. (https://www.facebook.com/groups/433627016755936/)

Also all the videos of the mains have been posted and been posted on "Let's Go Racing" Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/letsgoracingrc/?fref=ts)

I had priced them from $89 to $116 depending where you buy it and if its a hybrid or not. So Ill probably be renting one.

most places have no need for the hybrid transponder TBH. i believe 2/3 of my transponders are 3 wire (non-hybrid) and i have no issues w/ them. i know here the 3 wire is perfectly fine as the mylaps system is up to date for you to run it.

the ones he rents are like these:

so if you have the extra funds i'd just find a 3 wire and call it a day. but that's up to you bro. when will you be coming this way?

Youre right. I should probably just buy one. And would be cheaper than renting over a long time.

I dont know yet. Ive been wanting to get there and practice. But nothing has been going as planned the last year.

Im hoping soon within the next 2 months though. Hopefully Ill have everything sorted and can make it.

Nothing wrong with at least buying one. Consider it an investment if you plan on doing any type of racing anywhere (almost). I've had my current AMB transponders for at least 15 years. I don't see myself buying anything new anytime soon. Mine paid for themselves a long time ago.
