absolutely!

the new location thriving. Brent is constantly increasing his inventor to match the size of the new hobby shop and this past weekend there was a bunch work going on in the track area.

The track layout was being tweaked to run backwards and a new row of sit down pit tables were being put together.

March will be a busy month at the beach:

March 7th will be the 2nd annual Shamrock Shimmy and this will also serve as a warmup race for the 1st Palmetto Classic.

The Palmetto Classic will be a two day race (quals on Saturday, mains on Sunday) featuring a brand new layout and some of the best talent from around the nation. Brent has some other tricks up his sleeve to make this one an event to remember. Rumor has it that their might be a good ole fashion Carolina pig pickin' in the works... but you didn't hear that from me. The signups are already approaching the century mark and it will be capped at 300, so get in quick!

We can't make it there in March but will be in the area in late June for vacation, we'll be bringing our cars and pit bags on vacation this year.

The wife isn't too happy about this... but she'll get over it.

We really got lucky. North and west of us got hammered. Around the rivers and in certain areas with drainage issues received some damage, but the store didn't see anything worse than a couple of big puddles in the parking lot.

I visited Myrtle Beach for Christmas, stopped by the shop for practice a few days and entered their 2nd annual "Jingle Bell Jam" today. Fantastic owner and staff at the shop, friendly club crowd that helped me out a lot, and their shop has tons of parts on the wall. Can't wait to come back!

Oh, the hot classes look to be 17.5 buggy, mod buggy, and 4wd buggy.
