Default Western Off-road Racing Series (BC)

Hello racers, welcome to the 2017 Western Off-road Racing Series.

This series was formed to allow off-road racers from all over the southwestern BC area to come together to compete in events throughout the summer at different tracks. This also gives racers an incentive to travel to tracks where they may never have known about or commitment to go. Additionally our hope is to grow the awareness of the RC racing community in BC to help increase all clubs future members. We would like to thank the participating clubs for their commitment to the 2017 race series and look forward to the future of this exciting hobby.

Default Blue groove?

I am assuming you truck in a bunch of "dirt" for the chilliwack race. Any idea on what kind of racing surface we should be preparing for? It's not going to make any difference to me I'm sure, but I'm still curious

The dirt used is from the building. We have approximately 30,000 sq ft of available material so there is more than enough to make many elevations and jumps. The surface packs down well, we plan to lightly water the surface to help keep the top from dusting off. Tires should be a medium to small pin, soft or super soft.

Pic is from a BMX event which shows the dirt surface and available material.
