7:30am – 9am: Controlled Practice and Registration
9am – 6pm: Qualifying (3 Rounds with a re-sort after each round)
Open Practice following qualifying
Doors closed at 9pm (BEvERage time – I hear BP’s is popular!)

Sunday, Nov 13, 2016
7:30am – 9 am: Controlled Practice
9am: Mains (Triple A, Double B,C,D etc.)
3pm: Trophy Presentations

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Open odorless traction compound. Examples: SXT, Jack the Gripper, Niftech Etc..
- On-site Canteen operated by Croxford Gaming Club (Menu to be posted)

at this point I am thinking no, for we cannot get into building until after lunch for respect for remembrance day ceremonies that are going on. we are going to try as fast and efficiently as we can to to get ready before that time thou.

Thanks to all who will be braving the treacherous conditions of a 13° sunny November long weekend to attend our race!

We will be setting up the venue until 5pm. Doors should be open at 5 sharp.

Entry will be at the North end of the school.

Registration was supposed to be handled on the WCICS website, however to confirm, we will be asking all racers to fill out a paper registration form for this event. The forms will be on the pit tables when you arrive at the venue.

We have 25 bottles of SXT traction compound - which will be handed out to the first 25 registration forms I get back tonight.

Thanks so much Brad and Scott and the KARZ crew for an excellent WCICS race weekend! I know a lot goes into these events, and for basically two guys to pull the whole thing off is amazing. Outstanding job!
