This is an excellent facility and it was a pleasure to race my nitro car here last summer. Highly recommended for anyone available to attend.

Actually I've seen a guy run a 1/5 scale on our track. At that size its more time trials then racing but 1/8 scale would fit.

My question was more what open meant as a class.
It's a little hard to quess what it means.
Basicly I was asking is it a run what you bring type of thing or what is it?

I picked 1/8 as it wasn't listed as a class is all. and the last time I was there for a pavement race 1/8th was a class (Barry baker came to the race last time I came for pavement lol along time ago)

I setup a track layout in a school parking lot today so I could try and get some laps in.......a little dusty at first but was able to run a couple packs at least!! Cannot wait to get on a prepped track again!

We ran 1/8 gas cars back in the day. The track will not support those cars in its' current condition. The main straight is cut short by about 20 feet because of asphalt decay. It could be patched but really needs a resurface. Does anyone have an extra $25,000 laying about?
