Jumps worked well today. We'll have more for the next micro fun run on the 22nd. Some guys even launched their XRAY road cars over the jumps

. Most took the abuse well ('cept Patrice...he managed to break everything but his helicopter

).

Next MICRO day: JAN 22nd; same time (11AM), same place (CARCAR track), same price ($10).

I am planning on being there next mini day looked like alot of fun when I stopped by yesterday. I will bring out the mini t to help Kelly and Patrice represent Losi. I hope to have my LST mini by then too.

Jan 22 4 of us from edmonton will be coming to race .
3 micros 2 vendettas and 1 mini t.
Budda please post a phone number so we can get deractions on how to get there or where to meet on the 22nd.

A bunch of us meet for grub at about 9:30 (close to the track, right off the highway). Give me a shout when you get to Airdrie and I can meet you guys for some breakfast if you want. Then you can just follow us to the track (I'm the one that opens up the track). We don't usually get to the track 'till just before 11:00. But we could start a little early for our out of town "guests"...

I was just wondering if there might be enough interest here to have an actual race day for micros?
Someone based very much in fun first, racing second, but maybe a 1 off race day at the end of the indoor season?
Something like running mini T, mini LST, RC18 type stuff, but run on the bare (concrete) floor. That way it's not all about speed, more about car control.
Have the computer set up and run it like a meeting, give it a title, whatever, but make it a fun day out to wrap up the indoor season.

Anyone else think it would be fun?

Goat (and the rest of the R/C breakfast club)-we meet at the Denny's just SE of Barlow and PeiganTr. With the Edmonton crew comming down, I think we can meet earlier, say 9:00?

Kamloops Mid-Winter Challenge

This race is now 30 days away,, and fast approaching. There is a class that we need to make sure we will fill. 1/18th Micro. TC or Turck,, If you think that you might be running in one or both of these,, please let us know,, so that trophies can be firmed up for orders. This can be done either by this site or by email.
