Holy pan car! You all weren't kidding, solid axles out numbering the sedans. Very cool!

Current ROAR National Champ signed up for Modified TC.
I guess there's some US/Canada bragging rights up for grabs.

Also the Mad Scientist seems to be returning.

Hey guys and gals. Looking forward to another slight invasion to the north! I had the luxury of spending the better part of the day wrenching getting ready for next weekend. Super quick question that I would like a 100% certain answer on is the elimination of Trinity D3.5 based spec motors. I would rather leave those paperweights at home! The series rules state:

Motor: Stock/spec class motors must be on the ROAR approved list as of the date of the race.

Leave 'em or race 'em?

I expect nothing but another tough race hosted by IROCC and NRC... I should say one of the best races on the west coast!

Noodle Box! Soy Sauce! Bring it!

Hey Brian!

Looking forward to seeing you again.

To answer your question; according to the ROAR Approved Motor list the only D3.5 motors that are allowed are:

TEP1090 Trinity D3.5 2.5T
TEP1091 Trinity D3.5 3.0T
TEP1092 Trinity D3.5 3.5T
TEP1093 Trinity D3.5 4.0T
TEP1094 Trinity D3.5 4.5T
TEP1095 Trinity D3.5 5.0T
TEP1096 Trinity D3.5 5.5T
TEP1097 Trinity D3.5 6.5T
TEP1098 Trinity D3.5 7.5T
TEP1099 Trinity D3.5 8.5T
TEP1083 Trinity D3.5 21.5T

So you are correct - the 10.5T, 13.5T and 17.5T D3.5 motors are not allowed.

Cheers!

Luke

Hi all,

Thanks to all for pre-registering; it makes life much easier for our registration staff come Friday.

Here is the entry list as of January 4, 2015. We're just shy of 200 entries at the moment:

Hi all,

Just a heads up that all racers will receive a complimentary bottle of SXT 3.0 traction compound at the race. This should make it slightly easier for those battling air travel.
