Why did Wrestlemania have to be on the same date as the 1st race?

D'oh!

Hmm.....decisions decisions......this wont be easy.

Serious, cause I'm a huge wrestling fan.

Alright boys and girls,
This Sun is the 1st race and it will be ON Rain or Shine!

Dammed the weather man! We will not be denied!

Nitro of course can do the job in the rain... and so can ELECTRIC!
We've let the weather beat up on us for too long.

In Europe they race all the time in the rain and have done so for many years, why can't we?

Think about it, most everyone now has waterproof esc and if not, there is always the 5 cent balloons. Go to your nearest dollar store and your set.

Here are some tips for all to keep the fun alive even when its crap outside:
1- The afore mentioned balloon on esc and receiver.
2- Teflon spray for electronics.
3- Receiver boxes sealed right.
4- WD40 to help get rid of moisture on electronics and steel parts.
5- Oil to keep parts from rusting.
6- Plastic bag with antenna hole in case the rain comes in sideways.
7- Duct tape(Use your imagination or ask Nospoom on it's million uses).
8- Tent for obvious reasons.
9- Tarp to cover pit area.
10- Don't forget to keep yourself dry too.

These are my top ten and if anyone else has more good suggestions, lets get them out so we won't have to miss any more racing due to the rain.

PS: Over Geared is gonna put in some elbow grease to help Apollo Hobbies get their facility back in shape on Sat.
We would appreciate any and all help we can get.
We need to make the driver's stand more durable and safer for all so someone with wood(builder, hint, hint) skills would be helpfull.
We also need to straighten up the pit area including the power that we are all gonna use.

We might also be setting up the track if there's time...

I could tape it. But it's a $50 pay per view, and about a dozen of us are getting together to watch it. I'd like to come out and help for Saturday, if thats alright.

Count me in too. If the Molson Indy can run in the rain, so can I.

By rain gear I meant the type you wear on your body not the car, jeees... Can I get a custom made jacket and call it RS Edition (Ramil Swag)?
