Hey Guys

lets all try to bring in someone new this year, the crowds getting a little thin and I want to keep racing. If you know of someone, bring them along.

When I said thin I meant that there are fewer people, Stuart and myself are getting fatter.

Already done...I have a friend from work who came for a ride down to Manvel ND last fall, and by the end of the day was hooked.

Gotta love people with addictive personalities.

Seeing as I am the first, do I get a prize???

We have a location!
40 Parr St. (corner of Parr and Jarvis)
There is no official date yet, as the owner is doing some work to the interior of the building. Check back here... I'll post dates as soon as they are available.

Hot class is always touring car... alot of us have brushless for this year, but seriously, you'll be just as competitive with a brushed mod.
Classes will probably be:
Gearbox stock (buggies and trucks running foam tires)
Touring car stock
Touring car open
1/12 pan stock
1/12 pan open.
(subject to turnout of course)

There is supposed to be a long straightaway too, could have some pretty fast cars this year. You don't think they will be running 19 turn Stu.

The information that Stu has posted is correct. The track will be located at 40 Parr Street. Currently we do not have a confirmed start date...It could be as early as the 9th or the week after. As soon as we know, I'll post it on the club web site first and then get around to advising everyone.

I think I'm being mislead here...Am I actually going to hear some guy saying Weeeeeeeeeee down the back strait? There's only one guy I know that does that and he's way too busy racing a thousand miles an hour down mountains on a bike.
