With Tekin 208 released last week I think there will be some new settings to play with as this track lay out is a lot larger then the parking lot.

Hi Franko,

Yes, Mick (and Phil) both run the Tekin RS ESC. Like Gord says, the Central Saanich track is a lot bigger than the regular IROCC track so the setups might be a little different.

This is a good starting point in Pro10 for a Tekin RS and a Duo2 10.5 motor:

Rollout = 40mm
Timing = 45
Turbo = 10
Turbo Delay = 0.4
End RPM = 15000
Start RPM = 3000
Ramp = 1

You shouldn't blow anything up with those settings, but if you do, I cannot be held responsible!

Hey Franko,

You could check with Mario and Eddie. I know they are planning on racing both Saturday and Sunday, and they are planning on sleeping under an awning somewhere... haha sounds sketchy!

Actually, there are a few people planning on tenting; do you have a tent you can bring?

FYI: There are showers onsite.

Hey Franko,

I can post my 203 Speedo setup this evening but I will likely be playing with 208 on Saturday so things could change dramatically, we'll have to see. I've NEVER had any success at this track...we'll have to see if the XRAY is up to the challenge. This is Phil's track if I recall....

Hi Mick
After seening your Pro10 last race was awesome..got me hook...
Last weekend I modify my RC10R to 235mm and is was fast...I was having alittle trouble keeping down on the track....4.5 was crzy fast....
Now I got the RC10L with a little mod done and s/b good to go...Hopefully..

I can find the rollout later after I set the Tekin in the ball park...Thanks
