MARK YOUR CALENDARS FOR MINI Z RACE DAY: SUNDAY MARCH 15TH
TRACK OPENS AT 10:30AM.
ALL RACERS MUST be registered by 11:30AM.
Track will be open for general practice from 10:30AM to 12:00PM.
RACE FORMAT:
Qualifying will start right away at 12:00PM.
There will be two 8-minute qualifiers.
Then we will re-sort for a 3rd 8-minute qualifier.
We will break for 30 minutes after qualifying.
Final Race will be 12 MINUTES per class.
For racers with a 2nd modified car, we will run a single race after the Main races are complete. This will be a 8 minute race.
Once we have finished the races we plan on running a Team Race with pairs of 2 racers. Then a Last Man Standing race if there's time.
*** RULES & REGULATIONS ***
Any Mini-Z setup can race. No rules. We prefer people race with stock, out-of-the-box Kyosho motors, but if you don't have one, bring what you have and you'll be qualified into your speed class.
Racers are encouraged to bring their 2nd modified car to run in the modified race.
All cars will be checked before the Main to make sure the same motor that was used for qualifying is used for the race.
Registration:
$10 per racer. Racers must be registered by 11:30AM to be included in the races.
Location:
We have secured an elementary school gym for a huge MINI Z Race. We'll have lots of space for plenty of racers to come out. Tables and chairs will be provided, but you can bring your own table and chair if you'd like.
Please bring extension cords. Lots of parking available for everyone.
PLEASE NOTE: there is no smoking on school grounds, please walk off school grounds if smoking.
