I also enjoyed racing in Grande Prairie last year. The atmosphere was very positive. I think having 4 different legs of the RC Pro Series in Alberta would be beneficial.

The events are up on www.rcsignup.com and are ready for your pre-regs. As last year, there will be no regs taken at the events, just sign in and pay.

Notes of interest for the upcoming year,

There is no grace period for tech this year and all vehicles will be teched for fuel capacity, weight, throttle return, and electronic driving aids. All of these will result in DQ from the event.

Steps and stools on drivers stand will not be allowed. Special exceptions may be made, but you will have to come and see me about it.

Drivers Meetings are MANDATORY!!!! I will have something in place to check for your attendance.

Other than that, lets have a great year of RCPS in AB!!

The finals have been set up, but registration will not start until Aug 3. All of the divisional invites will have one week to register then its open to everyone who has competed in at least one RCPS divisional race.

Will there be drivers meetings being held half way through the mains? Or only the one before the qualifiers, as this is the only one that's really needed?

I like the idea of a Driver's meeting every morning to remind people of things...like no stools or steps on the driver's stand, and anything that came up the day before. But whatever I am not the one organizing it, I will be there anyway.

Thanks for the info Gary.

Drivers meetings are like always, held at the start of every race day and prior to mains.

So for the numbers, will they be required at all races? And can you supply a list suppliers where the numbers can be obtained please?

Tim
