hey guys,
Been a while, thinking of getting back into offroad this summer then maybe on road in the winter. Are you guys going to be running a 1/10 scale buggy class that a rookie might be able to run in and not slow down the advanced guys?

If your talking 2wd buggy no there is only the 1 "open" class. But not all of the racers are real fast, there should be a couple in there you can battle with.

Usually done racing around 430. Break for lunch at the first round.

Martin - lots of tables and chairs as usual. Just bring pit towel and extension cords.

What about 4wd buggy. I haven't decided what I'm buying but right now I'm leaning to 4wd cause I hear it's easier to control but more expensive.

The guys running 4wd are quite fast.... Best choices are probably 2wd short course and 2wd buggy.

Hey guys! I hope everyone is starting to get geared up for the upcoming off-road season. Is there any ideas on a track maintenance day yet? Could it be possible to get the season started a few weeks early this year with this great weather or is it just to early to say?

Smile Off-Road

Just hang tight for the off road season to begin. We were spoiled much too early with the nice weather a week ago so best wait till Early April. Will be in need of someone to step up and run the outdoor season for the most part as I usually take a well deserved break and wont be out near as much as I raced indoor so please keep this in mind members.

Hope to see many of you at our Western Canadian Indoor Championship Series, next weekend at the Tournament Capital Center.....all weekend long, don't miss it!

Off-road? what's that? I heard 8th scale buggy is gaining in popularity. And yup. It's time to take a look at the track. However, word is, Hunky Mardon, is taking on re-doing the track, so it is in the works? But, first it is the on road trophy race. Should be a blast. Look out in the corners. Brent's on the track. lol

Thumbs up Results

Another day in the books. Some close fast action that's for sure. Here's how it looked after the tires stopped squealing!
