Hey everyone,

I will get an email later today about Monthly update/meeting. We have had some meetings and sponsors joining us. Some good stuff happening.

We would like to combine the Meeting with a major clean up party at the truck on Tuesday, May 23rd. 530pm or whenever you can join.

- empty the seacan and storage rooms of all 'junk'
- throw out the carpet we pulled up from pitlane
- teardown old track walls (the plywood ones) and prep for new ones

Hi there guys. So as some of you may have seen from Jason Mardon's email, we will be having a meeting, and immediately following there will be some facility work. See the email for all details. Thomas has suggested the we get a few guys out there on Monday, the 22nd. He has hooked us up (yet again!) with the excavator. WE need some hands if possible. Plan is to be out there for 11am-4pm. See you there!

I will be at the track by 4pm tonight... would be nice to see everyone there tonight between 5:30-7 or 8pm if possible!! We are really close to getting this track completed. As soon as the jumps are completed and the walls are up and we are good to go then I will be grabbing some new pipe and spikes for the track!! Lots was done yesterday, a huge thanks to Adam, Jason Shawaga​​, Harold, Stephen Meloche​​, Tyrell Wilkinson​​, Brad Provencher​​, and a huge thanks to Brandon Coyle​​ with Ground Level Excavating!!! not only did he opperate an excavator for 3 fulls days now, he also supplied us with a vibrating Packer, Rakes and tools!! Its awesome to see these guys working their A$$ off in the 30+ heat for our club!!! hope to see everyone tonight!!

Would be nice to see some of the guys who haven't made it out yet the same few guys been working there ass off with almost 400 man hours in the track in the last two weeks it's a crime that it's the same 8 or 10 guys doing it all. That being said I would like to add a big thank you or the people that have made this all happen.

I would just like to take this opportunity to thank those who have stepped up to the plate and contributed their energy and talents toward making our Club's Off Road Track such a great one. I won't mention names for fear of missing someone but you all know who you are. Hundreds upon hundreds of man hours have been spent on planning, organizing, meeting with City Officials, building, excavating, etc etc on our faculty upgrade and it does not go unnoticed. I encourage you to continue to follow these leaders in my somewhat sabbatical absence and help when needed and called upon. I will try to get out from time to time but will still be in the background, watching over things and keeping up with the treasurer duties. I look forward to racing in the Fall when the Indoor Season gets underway and hope to see many of you join me again. In the meantime, enjoy your summer and especially this newly revamped facility.......you deserve it!
