Cool

Hi all

Sun City R/C in Kelowna will be having 2 more Off-Road races this year Sept 16th and Sept 30th with the 30th race being a wind up with a Texas size BBQ, actually it'll be a little smaller but "Texas" makes it sound so much better. Both Tracks are groomed, buffed and ready for racing.
The Nitro track's triple has been re-worked so that it's lauch is better and the weeds have been removed. Anyone with a 1/8th scale should check this track out as it was host to the Nat's this year.
The 30th race will also feature a "dash for cash", big air contest and prizes. Entry fee will be $10.00 for the first class for members and $12. for non-members.
Check out speedybones.com for details on the track and it's location, or call Rob @ 8607541 (KSH) for directions.

Well Martin it's kinda a family affair so pop maybe the hardest of the beverages, besides drinkin 'n' drivin don't mix, at least for me.
However in the immortal words of Sgt. Schultz "I saw nothing, Col. Klinck"( said in a Hollywood style German accent).
For those wondering where Sun City R/C is based from it's... Kelowna.
Hope to see you there

The Kamloops Indoor schedule is now available, contact Ren or Brent for a copy if you want one. (Brent may post it here at some point). First race is October 7th - yes, that's on a long weekend.

Location will be the same as the last three years, at OLPH School, with the exception of the February Trophy race, which will be (to be confirmed) at McGowan Elementary, up on top of the hill (as last year).

Classes will be:

Touring Mod and Stock....tires and body are racer's choice.

Pro-10 Stock (Club Championship class, RC10L3T cars, Associated Stock Motors and GT type bodies required)

2wd Stock...essentially a Novice class, principal vehicles look likely to be the RC10DS.
