Hi Brent...no, not picking on you...you got two races in while I was away, so I gotta try and put some points on the board...I'll e-mail you re the rally car - if it doesn't rain or snow to-day I can get under the car in the driveway, as the adjustment will only take about two minutes. But if it gets wet again, I'll need to borrow your garage again (if I may ?).
can anyone help me choose which PITS will work at the ABBY track? 25-30-35?? Med inserts?
thanks in advance ppl.

What's the deal with no trophys for 1/12th?I have a couple of friends that only run 1/12th that will not go if that is the case.Roger and myself may not even go since we run two classes one of them being 1/12th.If we make the trip up there it should be worth it to those people as well to earn a trophy. We do not run 1/10 pan cars here but I recall there being a class for them when your group came to race a trophy race here a while back and there were trophys.
After all it's not like we are asking for a micro class with prizes,we only want to be able to race the 1/12th cars with the same goal as the rest of the classes.
Thanks dave... that is if your tire choise is the fast one LOL!
I hope to make a club race b4 the event to try a few things too.
BrentY.. I am in Ontario atm... mom&dads 50th!! I will be back in the loops Wed. If I can get all my stuff together I will be there.. Stock for sure!! (65 & 86).

Re the Trophies....The Kamloops Mid-Winter Challenge is including 1/12th scale ONLY because it is a part of the 2002 Tri Cities series. No-one has raced 1/12th up here for several years, and there has been no interest in it. The Tri Cities series does NOT award trophies for individual race events - instead trophies are awarded at the end of the series based on drivers finishing position in the entire series.
1/12th was added to our race only to accomodate those drivers looking to pick up Tri Cities points, since 1/12th is a Tri Cities class.
However, to accomodate the Lower Mainland drivers, who are not running for Tri Cities points, we ARE providing trophies for the main classes. That is Touring Stock and Mod, Pan car stock, and Novice.
We felt this was a fair compromise. After all, we haven't seen a 1/12th scale class in any Lower Mainland trophy race for a long time, and are surprised that there is anyone wanting to run it.
The decision was made some time ago. All the trophies have been purchased and engraved. No disrespect is intended to individual drivers, but were it not for Tri Cities we would not have even considered this class. It's there if you want to run it. If you don't, that's fine too. There will be no change of mind on the trophies issue.
