Hey Guys..... For all classes we will run 5 minutes and Mod will be open motors. I don't think we will run F1-Indy unless there is all of a sudden a big surge for it.

Hey Brent.

Could you be more clear as to what rules you are following?

Will Touring be on Rubber or Foam?
What boddies? 4 door?
Open motors for touring mod? but the race length is 5 minutes?
weight?

Are you using general roar rules or some thing you guys came up with?

Down here we have been running the Roar rules except for foam tires.

that is 5 minutes for both stock and mod with 4 door bodies

we have been running the 10 turn motor limit.

Hey boyz..... Here she goes.....
Touring Stock- Rubber Tires ONLY
Touring Mod- Rubber Tires ONLY
Pro-10 Stock (Pan Car)
Novice (First Year Racing)

1/12th Scale Stock (minimum of 5 cars for class.)

1st Class $25
2nd Class $15
3rd Class $10

* Qualifying by IFMAR Starts
* Touring Car body shells can be any 2 or 4 door sedan. NO GT's!
* We will be running all races at 5 minutes, including Mod.
* No limit to motor turns in Mod.
* This is not a ROAR Race so we will not be "Teching" unless something seems largely out of place.

Hope this answers most of your questions. Korgae, how many are comming, that you know of, from your group?

Any questions or an entry form just e-mail me: brentwende@yahoo.com

Thanks fo rhte info.

Im guessing a few more then last year. THe big atraction is that it is part of Alberta series. Last year entries were really low (good racing but not many people)

Who from out of town is coming this year? I heard that their is a race in Regina the week after so will the Calgary/Edmonton guys go their or come over the mountains?

I hope this year has a high turnout as we like running @ your track.

Let us know...

Thanks Korgae, I also enjoy racing and putting together our annual Feruary Race. I am told that some of the guys from Calgary and Edmonton are comming to our race. I have not heard about anyone going to the race the following weekend except the one guy from Regina, I think, who told me he will not make the trip out west.
Anyway, glad to here you are bringing some more racers! Right on! Book Hotels early. I have arranged again a good deal with the Argus, $42.00 per night with two beds. Can't beat that eh?

Take care all and we will see you at" The 2002 Kamloops Mid-Winter Challenge"

Hey Dave...Will be going over to the school on Monday to talk to the principal about how early we can get in to start setting up. Now that there are no extra activities (at the moment) after school and such, I am hoping that there won,t be a problem maybe getting in a little earlier to set up! Will let you know what the details will be. Thanks for your offer on helping out with running the races, etc. Right now it looks pretty good for help but you never know....I may just take you up on the offer. Talk to you soon, and see you all there!
