Hardcore Racer R/C Club, located in Flamboro, Ontario, http://www.hardcoreracersrc.ca/ is hosting it's second annual $1000 prize, 4 hour endurance race. Last years race was a ton of fun and this years should be even betterHardcore's Second Annual Buggy Endurance Challenge....

One buggy, four team members, four hours.

Schedule:

Track opens 9:00 am
Open practice 9:00am to 11:30 am
Drivers meeting 11:30 am
Race starts at 12:00 am
Race ends at 4:00 pm
Awards 4:00 pm to 4:30 pm
Track closes 5:30 pm


This Race will require a minimum of ten teams of four racers. The maximum team entries accepted will be 15 teams of four racers.


Registration Fee- $220 per team

Prepayment Required to confirm registration. Entry Deadline is Sunday, Oct. 21, 2007.

$1000 Cash Prize to 1st Place Team

$200 Cash Prize to 2nd Place Team

$100 Cash Prize to 3rd Place Team

Based on 10 teams, prizes will be prorated if less than 10 teams race.

RULES

1. Each team member will rotate between driving, pitting and marshalling every 60 mins. No team member will drive more than 60 minutes.

2. Teams must use the same vehicle for the duration of the race. All Parts can be repaired or replaced during the race except the chassis.

3. Each team is required to have a marshall on the track at all times during the race. Absent team marshalls will result in the team being penalized one lap for each 30 seconds the marshall is absent.

4. Buggy's will be teched according to Glorcs Rules.

1. The race start procedure will be announced shortly. It will not only test driving skill but mechanical ability.

2. Electric 1/8 Buggy Teams Welcome.

3. Feel free to comment below about this years or last years race.

4. Last years winners were the Grand River Hobbies Race team. The winning car was a Kyosho 777 SP2.
