Hey

I'm one of the new guys dancoog was talking about. I've never run at all, just got my M03 assembled and the body done up, does anyone know where a guy can practice in the Lower Mainland during the rainy season? I'd love to run a few times and learn some control, before coming out to play.

Hi All....

Sorry for the delay in the posting from the last club race. I was moving this week, and finally I am done.

The results are posted on the OGR website for all to download and view.

http://www.overgearedracing.com/

Our next club race will be on December 20th, 2008. Since this date is very close to Christmas, we would like to know if there will be enough drivers for this race? Everyone probably have a Christmas party to attend...

So.... In order to have this race to commence, we would need to have at least 20 driver entries. (need to cover rent).

If you are planning to attend this last race for 2008, please post your respond by December 13th. If we are going to cancel the race on December 20th, we need to give the Church a one week notice.

Thanks,

William

Hey Brett,

If you are itching to practice your R/C driving, I would suggest driving a Mini Z car for the time being. You can get some track time over at Golden Horizon or Indy Hobbies. Both Mini Z tracks are located in Richmond.

Mini Z's are a great way to learn driving lines and throttle response time, and it also help fill the void for the "in between club race dates".

Our next club race is on December 20th, 2008. Hope to see you at the track.

BTW, if there are enough novice's (min 5 drivers) for the race on December 20th, there will be a Novice class. So don't worry about racing against the experienced drivers- we were all rookie's once

If you have any questions about mini's, motor break-in, or car set up - post it up and I will try to answer it for you.

Will

I would prefer the 13th of dec.

i'll still attend for the 20th, but i'd probably miss the main - xmas party starts at 6pm downtown. perhaps early start-finish day?

I'll be away on the 20th. If it was a week earlier I could make it

Default In to Race!

You can count on Fast Eddie and Super Mario to come to the race on the 20th.
I can't wait to run my Mini!!! All I can do with it right now is scare my dog driving it around the house. Its fun but not racing!

Doors open around 9. The more people there are to set up the more practice time there is before racing.
