Over Geared Racing 08/09 Winter schedule - Page 10

Kamloops is hosting its mid winter race at the end of this month. I realise that there isn't much posting on this forum from the overgeared crew but we need to start signing up for the race up there if there is any intention of racing.

To quote Brent:

"Mini Spec = 3...I had guys from the coast begging me to run this class and still I have only 3....What UP????

Let's see some more pre-regi's please....."

I was one of two begging for this class and I know how much I want to race it up there.

If you have any intention of racing in Kamloops and want to run mini please do us the service of pre registering.

Are Brett and Zack not going? Bak Choi is undecided on Mini. and I'm not sure if Hans is going to be going or not, I havn't seen Byron register yet either. I think they are waiting to see if there is going to be enough time (enough races) to be able to run 3 classes. I've run 3 classes at the club races a couple times and it is pretty stressful trying to race, corner,race,race,corner work on 3 cars for 2 races then start all over without a break. We are going for a good time.

Where were you Saturday Dan?

Hey Brett, I knew you were otherwise occupied, I guess the Dirt was Just calling to him. I didn't see much when the races were over. I was on call and had a call while I was racing....oops. Had to go to Abbotsford to fix a leak.

Hey guys,

Classes are filling up nicely for our Mid-Winter Challenge Race...all except for Pro-10 and Mini Spec classes. I need to know numbers so if you could please head over to our thread and pre-register it would be much appreciatted. We only have a few in each of these 2 classes and they are on the verge of being cancelled. Thanks for your understanding....

Yeah... A main was a good race.

Everyone had fun...that's what we like to see and hear. Close racing always in the mini class. Sometimes there's all these mishaps

on the track. It's only fun racing.

Nospoom will try and get some of the results post here later.
We all needed a good rest now. Thanks to all that had stayed after the race to help us tear down the track,otherwise the race qualifiers would have been 1 less but we pulled it through together.

Until the next club race, we'll probably be seeing you up in Kamloops.

...sound like you guy the programs working very well....good job..

Hey Franco,

It's really a surprise to see you at the track...last Sat.

Not just me Nospoom was shocked...haa.haa.

Yeah, mini is going well. It's a good class to start for a lot of people.
As for TCS yes, there will be most likely 2 here. TBA.
We haven't finalize the dates yet. Location will be in Richmond.

Mini will be big for sure. Hopefully, we can get F1 fired up again.
The F103s are really cheap to run. hee.hee.
I gotta go dig out my old cars...some where.

another good track! and my mini is finaly on the road. Ken lent me servo and esc after some elec troulbles but its rippin now. Mini is a lot of fun
