Good call, Colin. I think we'll have to do that. Thanks!

Does anybody know who in town might have a ball diff for my mini? I checked PM and Eastridge last week and neither had one.

If we find a whole series of "burnout" marks leading away from your pitting area, it will be pretty obvious, Ivan. (Sorry, I just had to get a poke in there somewhere.)
Sorry Jim, but I’m usually pitting at a high traffic incident area where cars regularly fly off the track during a traction roll at my legs or close by. I’ve seen you car done this a few times and recall tire marks on the carpet as your car left the ground. Might be those extra sticky “non-Tamiya” tires you got on that leave the marks.

But thanks for not impounding my TT01 considering I wasn’t running to spec. Was just testing it for the WCICS. Thanks SHERIFF!!!

Well, it's my last night in San Francisco. I've missed two race weekends, including both CarCar and Karz. Talk about withdrawl!!

Connal's been busy with Soccer while I've been away, so he hasn't been able to race either. We'll both be chomping at the bit to get racing this coming weekend. I haven't seen his soccer schedule for the weekend, but hopefully he'll make it out.

Now, I just need to figure out why my TT-01 is so darn slow. Well, other than the driver that is

My car never crashes. How dare you?!?

I think maybe it's time to pick on someone else for a while. I've been targeting Ivan for a while. Brad S seems like a good choice at first, but it'd be just too easy. Y'know?

Ivan - one of these nights after WCICS, can I swap your M03's mini's tires onto my M05? Just want to do some more testing...

THERE WILL STILL BE ALOT OF DRIVERS LEFT, WHAT WILL BE INTERESTING IS NOW IT OPENS THE DOOR FOR ALOT OF DRIVERS TO GET INTO THE A-MAIN THIS SUNDAY, FOR 6-7 DRIVERS ARE GOING TO EDMONTON THAT USUALLY RUN IN THE A-MAIN, SO DO YOUR TUNING AND STAY CLEAN ON THE TRACK FOR YOU HAVE A GREAT CHANCE TO BE IN THE SHOW. I HEAR JIM IS BREAKING THE GLASS AND BRINGING BACK THE MO4 THE BLACK ATTACK IS BACK

That's right. The M-05 has annoyed me for the last time (this month) and the M-04 is getting loaded up with the good stuff. Last time I had it out the motor was a total dog. Let's see if I can remember how to drive it with a good one.

Just out of curiosity, what sort of pinion are you guys running in your M-04? 21t seems steep for a tight track.

Default KARZ

WE WILL ALSO BE WIDING THE TIMING BRIDGE AND MOVING IT TO THE END OF THE STRAIGHT, BUT THE COMPUTER WILL STAY WHERE IT IS, THAT SHOULD GIVE THE TRACK BUILDERS SOME GREAT NEW IDEAS

Hey Jim,

Last week I did all the qualifiers on a 19t and was getting killed out of the corners and on the straight. I went to the 21t for the main and was quite a bit faster all around the track. Then the traction rolling came back as well but that's another issue.
