Thanks for the Event fees costs.

So to ask again to the powers that be, will there be a way to pre-pay our fees (PP?) before April 25/08 so that we can be eligble for a trophy?

Also, seeing as how I am now rebuilding my Revo for this seasons racing can you please explain what is a "Cheater Truck" in MT and what will be acceptable to race at the Kelowna CORCS Event.

Knowing this above information I'm sure is relevant to many MT racers so that they won't be surprised by some rule other than which is in the CORCS Rule Book.

thanks...

Martin:

I believe the only change that was made for 2007 for racing vehicles is that truggy was changed to a maximum 150cc fuel tank...heh heh!

I would however imagine though, that the brushless and lipo thing needs to be addressed and changed as well. I guess the "Powers that Be" could look on the www.roarracing.com site and get the changes for that if they so wish.

Oops, did I say that....

If brushless and LiPo allowed in 19 turn truck then why not call it Electric truck open as really thats what it is. Running a 19 turn would be a lot more difficult against someone with a brushless 6900 rig on LiPo.

Just a quick question about the trophies...

Say for example that someone finishes 3rd in the A-Main, and they didn't register/pay before the April 25th cut-off date. What happens to their trophy?

I am NOT the dictator of R.O.C.K. , so I cannot make a final decission on the trophies and late entry issue.

That said.... I only wish for EVERYONE to PRE REGI! Not only will it make the weekend (Sat AM) run smoother, but also lets everyone know WHO is coming to "battle" at the R.O.C.K.!

My $0.02 is that if you are NOT in the computer &/or paid by Friday night you "may" have your entry &/or award refused/disqualified.

IF you plan on being THERE for saturday morning the PRE REGI!!!!!

martin

PS.... IF you know of anyone NOT on this thread... LET THEM KNOW PLEASE

Are there any off-road racers in Kelowna? Are they all still busy with on-road?

Put the traction compound down guys.

Off-road season is coming. Let's fill up the registration.

Well said! I have been racing onroad since September and after winternats I get the offroad itch again and shut it down. Although racing my 1/12 scale last Friday one last time was a lot of fun! Now I have to get 3 motors broken in and a lot of tired glued before Kelowna! I have never been out that way so I am guessing bowties/crimefighters for the track?

Ya CF's or Bowties work well. Think some ran holeshots lastyear. Track surface is hardpacked, and dry, with some loose dust on top. Bring lots of airfilters the track is dusty.

Is it time to throw some dirt yet??????
