Didn't have much choice about the long weekends - Canada Day is on a Tuesday this year , the May long weekend nobody wanted because of questionable weather. As far as the drops go, we should have something offical shortly - I'm just talling the votes on this and a few other issues the Directors are discussing.

The Medicine Hat Club regrets to say that due to circumstances that have recently come to light the Medicine Hat club has made a decision to no longer run a race under the CORCS banner.
We wish the series the best of luck.

Anybody know if Saskatoon is holding a big race this season on their new track? From the pics posted last year, was looking forward to trying it out this season.

Yes please, do tell. If you are going to point out the wrong conclusion, at least include the "correct" details to back it up.

Yeah, the AMB system is a rather large item for an average club's budget, eh! We're just finally getting to the point where we can start looking at getting one for our club up here in Grande Prairie.

I sure hope the RC Pro Series is welcomed into our Canadian race facilities, instead of being looked down upon as the devil's advocate In any case, it would be suitable at this point in time for that conversation to continue elsewhere.

This topic is about CORCS racing in Alberta. I'm sure we all wish Medicine Hat the best of luck in the future, no matter who sanctions their events The key here is, and has always been, fun.

Does another Albertan race facility want to step up and fill the July void for this year? Maybe one track can hold 2 CORCS events? lol Just a few ideas to toss around

I dont see the point of rcpro in canada(at least out west), we have a perfectly viable race series as it is. whats the big appeal to rcpro, it is twice the amount for race fees to race with the same people you always race with just so you can have the name of an american series. It just seems like people want to say "i race in rcpro" like its some great honor.
