Racing Schedule
Racers, the schedule that was posted is just one scenario of how the race might go. As you know these races are entry driven, meaning that the more entries you have the longer it takes to get them done. If most of the racers are there for Friday afternoon then we "may" start qualifying earlier in order to get as many rounds as possible. There are some who will not arrive until late Friday afternoon and would be terribly annoyed if they were to miss a qualifier. That being said, the first qualifier will more likely run at 6:00 Friday evening and then 2 more on Saturday morning with the lower mains to run on Saturday evening. When you consider that we have 7 A mains and possibly 7 B mains Sunday would see 10 hours of racing. Barring any problems, (cross your fingers and toes), and starting at 8:00 AM, we would be presenting trophies at 7:00 PM getting some of you on your way home later than you would probably like.
So until we know how many of you are coming we cannot finalize any schedule for the race so please do not worry. We will have the site updated soon and pre-reg will be announced shortly. We thank you for your interest in the race and will do our best to make it the best race we can. Watch this forum for more information.

Track layout
To those inquiring minds that want to know about the track design, could you please add my name to the list? The track design has not yet been completed and to tell you the truth I don't even know who is doing it yet. All I can say is that it will be a great track as last years was and when it is done you will all see it on the website. So for now please be patient information is coming.

HA HA HA! LOL!
Hey Budz you had to stir the pot eh?
A little sneak peek will be posted here by me in the next month or so.
The layout has not yet been approved by the CLUTCH NUTZ.
The track will be revealed when the design is done.
Patience people, you gotta have some surprises.

Keep guessing,
I can tell you that I have seen the preliminary layouts(we have two to chose from)and they are COOL.
180'X80' should be a blast!

There is a sure way of being the first to see the track design.....get out of bed and join the Clutch nutz Winter Nationals Design Team. Next meeting The 30th at 7pm.
Marty when you finally have the design and pdf file and all that together post that you have it but not release it till Jan 1, 2008. That should wind them up!!
As soon as you post there will be endless posts from I can't make out the angle of that rear turn..is it 27 or 28 degrees to is it ccw or cw then the famous whats ccw?
One thing for sure the Clutch Nutz have a proven record of making great tracks and great events no matter who designs the track and thats because they too are racers who care. (Insert sniffle, tear and a thumbs up here)
Hey Otter Pops you should be working on that Revo thingy like Daryl O! Your guys are gonna need it.........

Clutch Nutz crew. Any thought on the question I posted on the first page about my nephew being able to run his brushless Losi 8ight in the sportsman class at the winter nats? HE ran it at a couple CORCS races and the CORCS Finals and no one had any issues with that. Let me know what you think. Thanks.
