This track is groomed. Trucked in top soil reduces rocks and inconsistant race surface.
This track was designed with large venue racing in mind!
This is Hardcores first year with GLORCS. I'm impressed at their facility, and they've been gearing up their new AMB system and RCscoring software
for just this occasion.

Just an update from Hardcore
Its a tad cool but the sun is shining and they are well underway.
The track is pure perfection.!!!
Qualifying is hot.
At the end of the first round here are your top qualifiers
Buggy
Abiye Birku 8/5:03
Truggy
Dave Henry 9/5:35
Monster Truck
Ron Prinzen 7/5:26
Over a 140 racers have shown up to battle it out in Flambrough.
A battle it has been thus far.
In round one Abiye inched out Dave Henry for TQ in Buggy. Fozy trying to gain some points to bump up is being flanked by Ron Prinzen who is moving into position holding TQ at the moment.
Craig is hoping to rectify a broken fuel tank to come out strong in round two which is underway.
Pictures being updated regularily. Here

Ok Round two has been concluded. We've got some changes to report.
The weather is holding out nicely. Sun is intermittent with some cloud and its a tad cool this weekend.
Dave Henry has scooped the TQ in buggy back from Abiye with 9 laps in 5:35 and also is holding TQ in truggy with 9 laps in 5:36.
There is serious pressure behind him as the 3 qual moves along. Time will tell whether he can hold out.
Ron Prinzen is still holding onto TQ for MT class.

The day has now come to an end. The race day went well.
Racing will begin bright and early tomorrow morning. Practice opens at 0700hrs and racing is slated to start at 0900hrs. It will be your last chance to dial in and get out on the track.
After day one and 3 qualifying rounds your TQ's are;
Truggy Dave Henry 9/5:35
Buggy Dave Henry 9/5:36
Monster Truck Martin Petre 7/5:04
Martin may not have ran the first two round but he came out blazing in the 3rd qual slapping craig around.

What a weekend. It started out a little cool.. it even looked cool but the weather came around huge on day two and everyone settled into some serious racing.
Lets start from the top.
Your buggy class was a battle all weekend. Clean start led off with Dave Henry pulling out a commanding lead and held it throughout the race but Gareth was close behind, and managed to finish only 9 seconds back after 45 minutes.
Your top 3 in Buggy
1st Dave Henry (Team Losi/ Sprucewood)
2nd Gareth Houben (Team Losi / Sprucewood)
3rd Derek Petre (Mugen / Grand River Hobbies)
Truggy was running as fast as buggy this weekend. This was a fight. Gareth Houben, Dave Henry and Abiye Birku (all Losi team mates) owned the start of this class and battled it out. The first 10 laps it was anyone’s game, however as the dust settled Gareth prevailed. Gareth held the lead until lap 42 where he flamed out and Dave Henry move in and took over the lead. (The flame out must have been catastrophic as we did not see Gareth return) Abiye despite a flame out early on had a never give up mentality and hammered the Losi through the ropes to come back and secure 3rd after being pushed down to 7th. Carl Balzer ran a consistent race holding 4th and moving up taking second!
Your top 3 Truggy
1st Dave Henry (Team Losi / Sprucewood)
2nd Carl Balzer
3rd Abiye Birku (Team Losi / Sprucewood)
Monster truck was a for series position. Going into the race Martin Petre had a strong and unchallenged hold on First, however the race for Second and Third was up for grabs as Craig Brister and Ron Prinzen faced off for a real run at each other. Craig hoping to hold onto 2nd over Ron who has had a very strong turn out the last two races threatening to knock Craig from his hardware position. The race kicked off with Ron and Craig battling it out for 3rd. Craig must have felt the pressure as a few messy rounds put Ron on top and holding second. From that point in it was just a story book as the race climaxed down to the conclusion. There was a peak of fury at the beginning with some early exchanges between Carl Balzer, Ron Prinzen and Martin Petre. Martin sailed through adding another flawless win to his resume.
Your Monster Truck top 3
1st Martin Petre (Traxxas / Grand River Hobbies)
2rd Ron Prinzen (Traxxas / Grand River Hobbies)
3rd Craig Brister (Losi / Rchobbies.ca)
