Default Map is coming

Yes table and chairs are provided.
I will post a map shortly.
We are building a drivers stand.

I am not a fan of fines Martin. From what I saw last year, everyone was pretty keen on set up and tear down. I did not see a lot of idle people so I would tend to believe we shouldn't see much of that this year. However I will address it if need be.

Everything needed for the track will depend on Membership fees and turnouts. If the money is there we will get improvements. Until then we will have to run what we have and make it work.

how about offering discounts if you regularly help out with setup/teardown

Default Setup/teardown

My thoughts are...

Everyone just help with everything. No pit setup until the track is setup...just unload your car, and get cracking on the track.

Just wondering where all the track stuff is living right now? Is it onsite or will it be transported each time? Transporting sucks by the way...the days at Aberdeen Elem in the loops were not pleasant.

I will try to be at this one...anyone know if Kelowna schedule conflicts with Kamloops...I'd like to be able to race in both cities if I have the time.

SEe you on the 28th.

Default Discounts and Fees

Maybe I am too new to the sport, but I really don't see the need to over complicate things. If you want to race set up and tear down is part of the game. If you are not pulling your wieght I will address it on a case by case basis.

I would like to focus more on the fun of the sport and building the club. Lets keep it simple and promote the FUN.

Just my opinion

Default New Track

Well said Jason. I have sent Brent the list of our schedule so he can work around it in order to race in both places this year. We should hear from him soon on their schedule.

The boards are still at Martin house and the electronics are with me. Everything is about ready for the indoor season. We even have a portable driver stand in the works.

Here are some pics of the new facility. Literally we could fit two tracks in this place.

Default 3 Hour Enduro

Hey Suzuki,

Sunday the 30th of September we are trying to hold out annual enduro race. If we don't get enough teams we will break it into a fun day. Bring what ever you would like to run and have some fun.

Default Grandstanding

Not sure racing from up there would be a great idea. It is a long way back to the track if something goes wrong with your car. However, may not be too different then a drivers stand like we have outside. We can look into that for sure Sean.

Anyone else have thoughts on that?

Default Racing on SUnday

All right everyone. Looks like Sunday will be a Fun Day. We will run everything on the nitro track.

Lets try and get everyone there for 10am. I will bring the scoring system if anyone wants to keep track and race.

Default Rain Rain go Away

Well kids, looks like today is an inside day. Rain rain and more rain. Not the best conditions for a Fun Day.

Needless to say we will have to cancel for today. Rest assured though for next year I will set up a full season for all you off road racers to enjoy.

Time to focus on the indoor season. See you all on the 28th.
