Same track used for C.O.R.C.S. race in Kelowna

Types of Vehicles:
Any 1/8 scale chassis nitro vehicle
Monster Truck
Truggy
Buggy

Team Info:
Teams of 3 consist of:
1 driver, 1 marshal and 1 pit guy
Each member of team must drive a min of 45 min
EACH TEAM MARSHALL THEIR OWN CAR!!

Misc Info:
Track Open 9:00am
Qualification start at 10:00am
Enduro Race Starts by 12:00pm

Entry Fee: $50 per team

Hey guys great job last night. Daryl, Sean, Martin, Michelle. Very much appriciated we can actually race on the track again.

Thanks Martin for the direction with the pull behind plow thingy. Sean I haven't seen a smile like that for some time. Must have been a blast for you.

So the track is just about ready for racing. Lets get the word out and start putting some teams together. Email or call me 859-1455 and lets make this happen.

Also we need to move our indoor carpet from Winfield to Westbank. Anyone got a truck we can use for a couple hours. We would like to get it done monday afternoon. Plus a few volunteers to pack and unpack the boards etc. would be nice. Lets get this done asap as Martin needs this stuff gone YESTURDAY!

I will post the new indoor season schedule tonight. First race for the season is October 28th. Doors open at 9am. Lets do our best to promote the heck out of it boys and girls. This needs to be a growth year for us in order to rebuild the club here.

can you post a map to the track please.

Also do you have the "bulk email" addys I used last year. Might be a good idea to send some out.

We need to (for the track).... just my thoughts
- boards X 200+ feet to surround the carpet
- 2x4's to be plained and cut to connect inner boards
- TAPE & more tape
- are we going to CLEAN the track this year?
- are tables and chairs supplied?
- what are we using for a drivers stand?
- is there going to be a "fine $$" for not helping out with setup/teardown?
