I personally don't race on Wednesdays due to work. but classes for Saturday include..
-17.5 sportsman/expert
-17.5 GT
-F1
-1/12 Pan
Other classes slowly starting to pick up include
-1/10 pan
-Mini
-VTA

You can try calling the track and talking with Dwayne he can give you a better idea of Wednesday turnout.

Has anyone tried Pro Line Primes here at 702? What about Sauce?

SXT is the only tire sauce allowed. Track is longer than tq, so gear accordingly. And most importantly have fun!
Say hi to Dwayne for me and a what up to Raman (GT/mini racer).

702 is 60' wide x 80' long. TQ is 44' wide x 90' long.

Hey there my good man..'I've been MIA in RC, for a couple of months went into escrow and moved in last week. Almost settled in and time for RC again.

Are you making a trip out this way again?

Ive seen a few people run some practice with primes. They are slippery on the track. However I've never seen anyone try saucing them first. As others mentioned SXT is the only allowed sauce on the carpet.

For off-road Proline Pin Point/Wedges or the Schumacher equivalent is the way to go.

Had a great time meeting Dwayne and running some practice laps at 702 with my D413. Can't wait to go back in June!

I ran PL Primes here as a test and they are a bit slippery. It might be interesting with SXT though. I also tests Pro Line Carpet pins all the way around on the D413. I'll need to adjust my setup to be much stiffer however I think maybe PL pins are too much traction. It's literally like having velcro to the track. Traction roll city. I'm going to try Shumacher pins next time.

Can I get some feedback from this thread on what compound of tires you like? I have a set of PL Carpet pins and I'm thinking I want to try Shumachers, but should I go yellow or silver?
