Default Any tricks to fixing a bunched up tire foam

Wondering if there are any tricks to this, i have a foam insert that bunched up inside the wheel, and it now has a 'flat spot'. are there any tricks to fixing this? i tried massaging the tire to get the insert fixed but have had no luck.
Thanks

Sounds like your foams are blown out. Put in the toaster (250 degrees) oven until the glue releases. Replace the foams.
