Ok, talked to the city today and so far so good, its looking like this is going to happen, I submitted some final info to the city of Orange and put in an offer on the unit so keep your fingers crossed!
Also if any of you work for Associated, Kyosho, Losi, checkpoint, Panther.....I will be offering sponsorship opportunities for you and your factory drivers IE:
Dedicated pit areas, wall space for advertising, free club racing and practice and private track time for R and D and so on....

Yeah Ryan and I are bummed to hear of all the good racing going on last weekend and we were not able to be part of it. Monster Jam was a great show though so we had fun doing that. Hoping to get to the track this weekend.

Is there going to be an on road track as well? I realize that bending corners is down the street, but they're only open on saturdays, and they only have practice for 2hours in the morning. I miss having socal where I could go and practice for hours and work on tuning my car.

The owner of the property has accepted my offer for the unit (thats good news!!!) now the city of Orange has promised me that within the next few days (this week) they will get me the approval to move in...
I will keep this post updated every day, just keep checking back!
