Thanks, I try to have fun where ever I end up and yes, we club-raced a week ago and we just raced the JBRL at OC/RC, but Alex has a lot of things roaming through his young mind and lately r/c racing has taken a backseat. I hope it's temporary, but it's up to him. A lot of good people involved with R/C and kids can get into a lot worse stuff if they are not racing, plus it's great dad/son time. Hope to see you soon, also I am waiting with baited-breath for the return of "Fez", next week. I am sure he will have stories about farm animals and life in Nebraska. I can't wait !! Should be delicious....

Phil "The Animal" Alvarez- I live in the city holmes, I haven't seen a farm animal since I got lost during week one. I have been living with a giant female great dane that was in heat for a month or so.....and no that isn't a metaphor for the girl I live with.
You obviously haven't seen this great dane, she's pretty homely.

Yeah but we need to set the rules and stick to them. I see lots of 'non stock' Slashes running stock.
But for keeping things moving just stick to the 3 minutes between races, and 1 minute grace. If you can't get to the track on time, you only miss a race once
As far as 17.5 /13.5 whatever keeps the trucks close to the Slash motor. I know Mike and I were pretty close as far as I'm concerned. I'm not going to be able to run with Ryan or Josh but for the rest of the mortals our Slashes were pretty quick...considering they are still stock everything.
