Default Non responsive seller

Sent paypal for item for asking price. Tells me that multiple ppl had sent payment. I send mutiple pms to guy asking about the status of the sale but on response. 2 weeks go by and nothing. I filed a payal claim which tells me it's best to work out with other party. I send a polite message through paypal asking for shipping info or to refund my money and still nothing. What do I do now? ..there are also others in the same boat as I am aswell.
Thanks for any advice

I think when people post their PayPal info in their for sale thread, they're just asking for trouble. Why not just have someone ask for PayPal info in the thread or even a PM? Sure would be easier than having to refund a bunch of people.
In your case, I would keep the claim open until I received the item or a refund. After 2 weeks the seller should have already sent either one, or have the common courtesy to answer your PM. Maybe you can go ahead & escalate the claim?
Might even send a link to this thread to the seller & maybe a moderator.

After you open a claim if seller ,won't respond or won't help you then you escalate (upgrade) to a case. PayPal will get involved and start to investigate it.

But how do you escalate or upgrade the claim? Don't see any options for it? Do I have to wait for an amount of time first?

Click on the transaction and it should have a link "Report a problem"
That is, if you didn't send money to family/friend option, if so then unfortunately kiss your money goodbye.

It's on their website, and should be a status or claim thing as it has been a few months since I had to deal with anyone that way, I don't think their is a amount of time to wait, but limits on how long you will be able to make a claim, and NEVER close a claim until YOU get your money, oh did I say NEVER NEVER
