Refund issued today on bunk charger. Pisses me off that the seller isn't giving refund. Pay pal is at no cost to seller. So he has learned nothing.

I had a guy on a Facebook page do the same thing...PayPal refunded me and told me I didn't even have to return item... Week later he got me bad listed for not returning a car that PayPal told me not to return...

I doubt he wants it back. He knows it's broke lol. I have wiggled that plug for 15 minutes straight and never seen a light flicker.
