No email for me yet. Refund is still shown as pending since the last decline. That decline was 8 days ago now.

I don't know how PayPal can refund one person but not the other two people. I know I delayed a couple more days than Honda1 to file the dispute.

Paypal is a bank. Unless they can get the money from someone I don't see them paying out of their own pocket. I'm not saying you guys shouldn't get refunded. Because you absolutely should. But Paypal siding in your favor is similar to getting a judgment in your favor if you sue someone. That's all fine and dandy but you still need to collect. And you can't take what someone doesn't have. And if he's moved the money out of the accounts tied to Paypal then there is only so much Paypal can do. Just keep calling them. I've always had good luck when calling and talking to them. Hopefully you all get your money back. One way or another. Someone mentioned that Paypal requires SSN now? If they don't they should. And if you rip people off they can ban you from Paypal by SSN.

+1 about Dirt Burners. And that's too bad really. At our track here I don't think twice about leaving my stuff out. I even leave it out overnight as we practice Friday and race Saturday. I don't even put things away into my bags. I organize and RD our onroad program and I can tell you that if someone was suspected of ripping people off, even online, and I found numerous accounts of it happening like with this guy, they would not be at our track even to watch the racing.

They will, and do.

Or at least they did not too long ago.

Paypal changed there policy a few years back to instead of there customers being out money they would give the refund themselves and send the person who was scamming into collections or legal trouble.

That is why paypal started to require a SSN at sign up.

I use my phone to post all the time and I don't have this problem. Either you are hitting return at the end of each line or you are doing it accidentally. In either case, you should be able to see it yourself before you post.

I got my refund today as well. 30 days must be the cutoff for PayPal, then they pay out. Today was exactly 30 days since the claim was filed.
