Default Selling?

Would you guys still sell to a user with 0 posts and 0 trader feedback? I know they have to start somewhere, but 0 posts doesn't make me feel any better. Opinions?

Long as you get your money first...preferably Pay Pal. We all started there once. If you don't get what you pay for, you'll have pay pal to back you up.

Just make sure as mentioned its a secure payment with Paypal, and make sure the user knows about and understands feedback so they can leave you a rating once they receive your item.

I'd be cautious. There are some disreputable buyers out there. A charge back can ruin your day real quick. Even if you win a case, they can still freeze your money for a while or the guy might have emptied his account.

If it's a low cost item, it's not a big deal. If it's a $350 roller, I would be careful.

Personally. The for sale forum is a benefit for our members. You know, the guys who actually come here to share info and help others The "users" who come here for nothing but a free eBay..why should I help them out by dealing with them..but that's just me

He's saying with 0 posts and 0 feedback, someone who just joined to buy something and has contributed nothing on the forum. I wouldn't.

I once sold an item or two to buyers with under 2 posts. It seems on his search in google for an item, my thread came up and he joined just to purchase said item...

Heck, I've purchased stuff from different forums without even joining and just sending a random email to the seller!

Exactly . I understand the concern but done properly I don't see a problem. That's what PayPal is for. I guess I still believe in a handshake deal.

being cautious and being a jerk are different meaning you have feedback and someone doesn't so they r crap in your eyes and not worth your time so not dealing because of this is just wrong. how did you get your start, how did anyone? wana be cautious, then do the research to protect yourself.

buying is exactly how i got my start. then after a couple, i sold a few things. so just because no feedback means nothing. now i wouldn't buy in this situation.
just my thoughts and how i got started guys.

Well, I do not have a problem selling to people with 0 feedback if they are an active member on RCTech. I was asking because this user had 0 posts. We can all start somewhere, but why should I feel any better if all he is here for is to buy things? No, there is not a big issue about it, but it would be nice to know it is a member who cares about the forum
