Paid for speedo 628 50 bucks via pay pal. Says he shipped 3 rd party usps store and no tracking . Now he dont respond. Should i wait or just start a claim to be safe.

File a claim its amazing how many no tracking number situations all of a sudden have a tracking number or a refund in a day or two!.

Third party should still have an email service to give you tracking for their shipment.

a common one I hate is UPS-Mail Innovations. They carry UPS to USPS and then deliver to me, stupid. but still has tracking.

I went to see in person and they guy told me he had no way to get the tracking number. Going to check again later this week in hopes that it somehow got a return to sender so at least my ESC isn't gone forever.
