UPDATE:
good news, the post office called me this morning and told me they found my package, and they sent it out and had it special delivered and I got it back about 10 mins ago.
so my Jack Daniels car is back up for sale. thanks to everyone that helped me out with this situation, I appreciate it.

well I cant say anything about the guy anymore, I was on the verge of getting tagged for harassment. so he can go back to selling his car as he pleases....I actually got a hold of the guy and he did apologize and said it was all a big misunderstanding.
im not gonna argue about it, I got my car back, he has his so its done and over with and ill just move on and try to sell my car. I know I wont get much for it but itll help to try and find something else

i should be getting the b4.1 that i payed for some time tomorrow as soon as i filed a claim (thanks to op for the heads up on this guy)the guy txted me asking why.. i didn't respond and Monday morning he sent me a pic with tracking number that is super small and when i zoom in it looks all blurry ill let u guys know what i get tomorrow

All a big misunderstanding? So why has he attempted to login this forum with multiple accounts and user names? A little misunderstanding is like saying hurricane Katrina was a little thunder storm. Glad he's gone and u received your car back. Hope the same for the other member. All should be aware of this scammers attempts to continue to defraud and slither back onto the boards. I really like the brotherhood and sense of unity members show to help protect others on this forum.
