Really sucks when this happens. Every time this kinda of stuff happens is makes it harder for legit sellers/buyers/traders to conduct business. Hope it gets resolved. You are much better about it than I would be. He is close enough to me that I would be paying him a visit and if that didn't work right to the local police dept and let them deal will this tool bag. I wouldn't fell sorry fo him at all because its people like him that screws the rest of the honest people on RC Tech and many other sites.

You may want to remove his personal info from your post with the PM's. The mods tend to not like that.

To everyone leaving notes in his threads, while I understand the feeling, we also do not know the whole story. It seems like he is a scammer, but that is for mods to decide, not us. How many feedback threads are started here and we all make an assumption, and then the actual story comes out?

I am in no way accusing the OP of anything (I think he is 100% the victim here), but don't want anyone else in their good intentions getting in trouble for posting things they shouldn't...

Also a potentially dumb question. Why is Xtreme's negative feedback about a bad revo/laptop trade from a different account then the OP? RCdudes3475?

i dont think there is a problem having his personal info out there.. i mean.. the dude wont reply.. or anything.. even just a simple.. hey.. payday is next week, i cant afford to ship right now.. anything.. but to blatanty lie about being an upstanding guy.. thats crap..

i personally hate that this happens.. and wish someone could do something.. but.. this is the world we live in..

also.. just FYI.. its hasnt been 2 weeks yet.. heck.. i have had deals that took that long when i paid.. but if he shipped on the 28th.. the laptop showed up what.. wednesday or thursday.. who knows..

hope the deal gets done..

Hey guys I have to put this out there. As much as I appreciate what you guys are trying to do, we must also stay within reason. Harassing is not a good way to go about it because as orcadigital stated, we don't all know the full story here. Based on what's happened thus far, ive shared that information with you guys as a heads up type of deal.

That being said, I would ask that you guys please keep the comments on his threads to a minimum. A nudge wont hurt anyone, but leaving negative feedback on his page will. Regarding the feedback. I never asked anyone here to leave him negative feedback, nor should that ever happen unless you are the person who dealt with him. Its not fair to me or to him.

I understand first hand the frustration here, after all, im the one that's out a laptop. We cannot take this out of proportion and react based on feelings. I don't wish the guy any harm and when the time comes, I will be sure to leave my feedback on his page just like ive shared my experience here. So please don't do anything that would aggravate this situation any further and please by all means, don't act on my behalf.

OP, I'm sorry to hear of your situation.

I recently dealt with Xtreme187 in an equal trade and had no issues with him. Granted our trade was of lesser value, he kept to his word and did what he said he would do. I hope he makes this transaction right by either sending back your laptop or sending the Revo as it was advertised to you.

M3roc says it's not him and the rcdude for some reason posted the feedback, without him having anything to do with it.

I sent this guy a jato in trade for a revo last year and he said he never got it. Lost my Jato and never got my Revo from him. I'm thinking for filing a small claims case. I haven't been on here for awhile and I didn't see the bad feedback about this dude. Got all of his info too. Still Pissed off.
