I have used it before. Fill out the form and the police dept. in their city will call you. I gave them all emails, text messages, pm's and photos of what I had and of what I was suppose to get from that person.
Needless to say I got my truck back and it was in the same condition that I sent it. Also the address and name were different the when and where I sent it to. So I gave the police that info as well.
