His previous post validate my accusations.
I have had nothing but good experience's buying and selling on here and for someone to take your money on Christmas Eve and never ship, we just don't need those on our forum's.
We can stand back and watch or do something about it. I have contacted the Michigan Stated Police and they wont do anything of course but they did forward me to www.ic3.gov/ which is internet fraud. They will investigate his IP address and see if he has any other scams going. If so then the local law enforcement will get involved.
STAND BACK AND LET HIM GET AWAY WITH IT OR DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

If it did indeed ship there would be tracking even if the shipment was stopped in transit. You might want to give the tracking to save face...

There is a tracking number all was was I have it right along with the pink stop shipment paper

I will gladly retract everything I have said and done. I will apoligize you name it. Provide a picture of the tracking information and this is all resolved.
Very easy fix, if you dont then everyone knows the truth.

I thought they were all sold on 11-02-12 as per your post? And they were all shipped out on 11-05-12? So how do you sell one of them on Christmas eve and still have a problem getting a tracking number to a buyer? I would file PayPal claim right now. Hopefully you get your hard earned money back.
