The for sale section is "at your own risk". If you dont like it, then dont use it. Just cause you dont like it, doesnt mean it doesnt help out new guys and budget guys on here.

If XChange sent the item as he described, it won't be any problem.

What I am angry with this guy is that he sent different items from what he posted and kept telling lies.

Say the true story instead!

Selling different items.. OMG... i advised a Durango DEX410 and you got a skateboard with bullets holes... so pathetic....

Basicaly the only way to make you happy, is to buy a BNIB kit, Build it and sold for cheap, and even that, you asking for a refund because it was build and you was expecting the item come BNIB unassembled for cheap...

Neither of you should be posting personal information on the site.

It's against the rules for one, and makes both of you look bad in the process.

Personally, it doesn't sound like the seller did anything wrong. The buyer apparently has unrealistic expectations of what "used" is, I guess.

Good luck to both of you getting it resolved.

Dear LaTuFu,

If you receive the item that is different from what the seller describes, how do you feel? He promised to me that he would send the parts, and then I have waited for more than two months.

I did not expect I would receive brand new items.
I just want to receive items as the seller advertised.

That is all I want. Still do I ask the seller too much?

1. I paid whatever you want on Dec 1 and you told me that you would get the parts around late Jan according to your past email. Now it is Feb 10. I have waited for more than two months. How longer should I wait for that? You told me you are sorry. If you really feel sorry for this, you may consider many other online stores where carry those parts.

2. Yes, I didn't answer some of your emails because I do not have to.
Such as, your email states "I will get the part by late Jan and send it to you." If I receive them, I would answer it, like " thank you for sending them."
However, whenever I ask you, you were giving me B/S and I am really tired of responsing all craps. By the way, you didn't answer my emials, either.

3. You can take legal action if you want. I won't worry about it. That is why I saved all emails and documents. I really wonder who is right/wrong.
