If you or anyone sends money for an item through paypal, and you send it as a gift, you deserve to get scammed. when this happens, people always start a thread about it. they start crying about getting ripped off. I LMAO at those people. Why because they are scammers too. They are scamming paypal of fees. You see, you are not paying paypal for services rendered. Also, if you were to actually read the rules of this site and send payment as a gift, then you are breaking the rules here.
you break the rules and do not pay the correct fees but want "us" to feel bad for you.......not me!!! No way!!!! As far as I'm concerned you should be banned from doing business here.

he replied to an add I had, he said he would ship it out asap and never did, he said he had a death in the family and didnt want to drag it out so he rufunded my the money.....a week later and his e check didnt clear.
I called paypal and they advised I start aclaim. I wasnt able to do so from their site.

one thing ive learned about paypal.
A) if the seller is the scammer. paypal sides with the buyer.

I figure I would inform others that there is a scam artist selling stuff on RC tech. His name is Barry Foster. He sells stuff in this site then mysteriously doesn't have the product then when you try to get your money back from paypal there is nothing in the account. Beware this guy is low.
PAYPAL assured me I'd have a refund in 10 days if he doesnt reply to the claim.
LESSON LEARNED.....AND NEVER PAY AS GIFT
