hate to say it, but it depends on the crime rate of the area. If they have plenty going on they won't really bother with the claim. If it's in a low crime suburbia they might use it as something to kill boredom..

Can't say for sure but I bet at the very least someone goes knocking on the buyers door.

ahh, I see your point.. You get nothing from paypal unless you jump that hoop. Makes sense in that they want you to state the truth under some type of penalty. I didn't realize that the police report was something paypal said you must do to continue.

I'm hoping the best for you.

And now paypal has a 21 day hold on my account for all funds i should receive. I knew there was a reason i called them morons
